Came in for an oil change Service Dept...
Came in for an oil change Service Dept Mgrs the only ones I get to visit with - are top drawer. Wayne is the only one I know by name, and Rosemary, the cashier - all are highly efficient. It is the only dealer and service dept that I have dealt with over the past 14 years - since moving to the area. And I don't intend to change, even though they are 35 miles from home. RRL

I had a window control that failed and the...
I had a window control that failed and the service department fixed it in a short time. Two days later the driver window switch failed in a different way, that is the driver window was doing crazy things. I went back to the service department and the fixed it in a short time and at no additional charge. The people I dealt with we're gracious and good listeners. I was treated well and kept informed as the problem was solved. I was comfortable and pleased with the service experience.

I love the service department at Twin City...
I love the service department at Twin City Buick. They greet me promptly and actually know me. I have not had any complaint with the work done be it for a recall, maintenance or repair. The work was always done right the first time. They also just listen to me and pick up on minor things I say about the vehicle and offer ideas for fixing whatever it is I'm talkin about. The new waiting area is very nice. I kind of miss the comfort of the old couches, but appreciate the new. I recently bought the 2012 Enclave at another dealer, but much prefer working with Twin City. For instance, the other dealer has Enterprise car rental on site, but that was a huge hassle while at Twin City I show my license, insurace, sign a paper and drive off. No hard sale of the usual car rental companies. Finally, the service team usually follows up when it's a repair to make sure that things are ok. I always say that the company that asks how they did are the ones that don't need to.

I have always found Twin City Buick...
I have always found Twin City Buick Service Department to be above average in servicing my car. Their mechanics know their business. Staff has always been willing to take time to answer my questions in a timely and courteous manner. I will continue to use the Service Department as long as I own a Buick.
