Twin City Buick GMC is the best dealership in the world. I bought a 2025 Envision Avenir on Saturday with the smoothest transaction ever made. When we went to set up the vehicle we discovered that one of the features did not work. Without hesitation, The GM told me that they will just put me in another one. In the next few minutes I was on my way home with the new Envision. I don't think any other dealership would've done that, but Twin City Buick made it happen. The time it took to change battery was exceptional, but the labor charge was a little high. As an ex GM powertrain employee I know how long and and how hard it is to change batteries. Due to my medical condition I am unable to do it myself. But I wasn't at your dealership for as long as you charged me. I had no choice.

Based on experience with purchases at Lexus and Honda and other dealerships, the experience was “less than” regarding time and efficiency in getting deal done. The people were very nice but the process could have been streamlined and handled differently. Sitting in the middle of the showroom while buying a $100K vehicle was somewhat uncomfortable. Having to walk over to the used car center to do financing paperwork was odd as well.

The lack of communication is ridiculous. Only speaking with the dealership 2-3 times and Robert giving out dead end phone numbers on who to contact to help us. 3 months the truck was with the dealership and they didn’t have the courtesy to give a rental or even wash the truck. Lots of money wasted. We know GMC doesn’t care it has been shown with there service. Had to buy a Ford to keep our company afloat. That’s who we will do business with from now on.

The service advisor kept me informed of as they diagnosed the problem, determined what parts needed to be replaced, and provided an estimated final cost. The service appears to have corrected the problem with my AC, but I was disappointed that for $4k the service tech(s) didn't bother to clean the greasy hand prints off the hood and fenders.

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. There was not room to pull inside. I expected things to move fairly soon, so waited outside until it became clear that space would not be available soon. The technician wasn't friendly, but arranged for the work to be done on my vehicle. I went to the waiting room. I never heard from anyone while I waited. After more time than I thought it should take, I went back to the service area. My vehicle was outside, and appeared to be ready to go. I didn't see the technician who signed me in. The other technician said that he had gone to lunch, but had left my tag on the desk for someone else to handle. I was never contacted in the waiting room about how the work was progressing or if additional services were recommended. The (other) technician who completed my paperwork gave me a discount on the price of the oil change for the additional waiting time. My vehicle took twice as much DEF on this visit as it had previously, which seems odd. It's convenient to have DEF filled at the same time, but I will do it myself in the future. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Long wait to work with finance department. HUD didn’t work when we drove off the lot and the salesman knew about it. The salesperson was very immature and used some unprofessional language in his text back and forth. I had to talk tell i was blue in the face to come to a resolution for the hud repair.

Soon after I took delivery of my 2025 Sierra Denali the radio quit working. Thinking it was something I had done I went to the dealer and discussed the matter with the salesman who sold me the truck. He tried to rectify the situation but could not. I then went to the service department and talked with Robert, who is the service manager I normally deal with. The earliest service appointment available was almost two weeks away. I explained to Robert I was leaving on a trip in a few days and would like to have the radio working. Robert was able to fit me in two days latter and after a service technician and GM trouble shot the system it turned out to be a long standing problem GM has been unable to solve. The radio still comes and goes but I feel the dealer deserves a great deal of credit for squeezing me in and really trying to resolve the issue. This is the prime reason I continue to do business with Twin City Buick. They have consistently made me feel appreciated and have always gone the extra mile to take care of me.
