After explaining how this would impact a planned vacation to Chris, Robert & the Twin City Team, they got me a truck that would allow me to pull my camper. The simple words as they handed me the keys of “enjoy your vacation” meant a lot. I will repay this gesture by buying a vehicle from them again & using their service dept. Thank you!

Your technician did not check the air pressure in my tires. I told Robert( service rep) the tires were low and he said he would make a note to have them checked but that never happened. Other than that everything else was good.

The service department is fantastic. My car was towed in Kate in Saturday. The first thing Monday morning they reached out to let me know they were already working on the car and would keep me posted. They kept me apprised every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I feel confident that my car and I will be well taken care of at Twin City. Everything is clean, communications are good, and staff do their best to address any issues. You can tell they take pride in their work. David was my service coordinator, he is always pleasant and professional. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

This was a recall schedule inspection- appointment went well and everyone was nice and explained all the details before and after the inspection.

I went there because I had a computer alert for my brakes and the service was amazing They checked out my car and found it was low on brake fluid. I asked them to flush the brakes. They checked everything else and all was fine. I’m a senior citizen and they could have added more expensive parts and I wouldn’t have known but they didn’t. They are awesome

They are very honest, when I bring my car in thinking something needs to be fixed or changed, they look into it and let me know if it indeed needs to be fixed or it still has time. It saves me money and gives me time to save up for the next time. Love their honesty and not trying to make some extra money. This is why I will keep coming back.

My first service experience with Twin City was very good. My service advisor (David) was courteous, helpful and followed up with text and personal contacts while I waited for the service.

We experienced great customer service with David Wright. He was helpful concerning our engine light issue which was intermittent. We appreciated that the truck was looked over for any other concerns. We will definitely continue to have your dealership take care of our truck service even though we are an hour away.

David and his team in service are a great group of guys also Tim and his crew in parts. Do a wonderful job.

Soon after I took delivery of my 2025 Sierra Denali the radio quit working. Thinking it was something I had done I went to the dealer and discussed the matter with the salesman who sold me the truck. He tried to rectify the situation but could not. I then went to the service department and talked with Robert, who is the service manager I normally deal with. The earliest service appointment available was almost two weeks away. I explained to Robert I was leaving on a trip in a few days and would like to have the radio working. Robert was able to fit me in two days latter and after a service technician and GM trouble shot the system it turned out to be a long standing problem GM has been unable to solve. The radio still comes and goes but I feel the dealer deserves a great deal of credit for squeezing me in and really trying to resolve the issue. This is the prime reason I continue to do business with Twin City Buick. They have consistently made me feel appreciated and have always gone the extra mile to take care of me.

Time was the issue. A routine oil change/tire rotation took over 2 hours. Waited over 15 minutes to just get checked in then over an hour for the work. I had an appointment and arrived on time. I understand that this service may not be a priority given the profit on it, but if you are going to offer it, the do it right. The cost is about the same or maybe a little higher than the instant oil change places, there is no reason drive the extra distance and take all the extra time to come there for this type of service.

For the last several years, I’ve used the same Knoxville dealership for all my service. However, since the service manager changed, the quality and friendliness just haven't been there. I decided to give Twin City Buick a trial run to see if they could become my new go-to, and so far, I like it. The reps were nice, the service was fast, and the waiting room was comfortable. I’m not 100% sold yet, but I'll be going back.

Got work done really quickly but didn’t know how expensive labor rate was. Really liked the service and they found the problems that west Chevrolet couldn’t but sadly I can’t afford to go back. $211 an hour is about twice what everyone else in town charges.

Staff was extremely professional and polite, answered all our questions, and always kept up in the loop with communication. Very friendly group of folks that were empathetic and personable, will definitely be back for more service.

Solid one-star for the service I received. I paid the premium dealership price for taking my car here and got gas station quality service. $800 in labor and the tech cracked my plenum cover and said nothing about it. Not to mention, when they called to quote me a price, he left a voicemail and then went to lunch. I called back no more than five minutes later and ended up having to call a different line to get someone on the phone to approve the work. Overall, just not the kind of service I expect when I'm being charged $150/hr in labor from a 'Certified' Dealership.

I am a current customer owning a GMC Sierra. I called Chris and inquired if I could start bringing my 21’ Trailblazer in for service. I just wanted to go to one place and Chris got me in quickly. When I arrived Robert got me checked in and the whole process was great.

Bo and Robert were a great help to me, to work with GM on a partial assistance payment for my headrest issue. Communication was prompt and courteous. Robert clearly explained everything to me and kept me in the loop while it was on order. Bo is a great service manager, and I appreciate the prompt responses to my emails and questions. Great experience overall!

It took a bit longer than expected to get parts delivered so the team could work on my car, but my customer service rep (Chris) was extra communicative throughout. That personal touch and open communication, setting proper expectations,...especially when it's not the desired timeline, is what separates a great customer service experience from a satisfactory one. Twin City service department was great and I appreciate them all.

I had several messages come up on my 2024 Acadia. I limped the car into Twin City . They got me a loaner car, got the parts in from GMC and had everything fixed within a few days. Robert in the service dept. kept me informed the whole time.

Everything was good and no long waits

Scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Got Mass Air Flow problems the next day. Think the air duct was not fully seated after air filter inspection. MAF recovered after seating. Also found oil dip stick not seated at all. Not happy with this. Will call.

I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for a number of years now. Staff is always courteous and scheduling is easy. Turnaround time could be faster, but I understand it is also a busy area. Not a dealbreaker. Will keep coming back.

The management staff was great. My sales assistant did a fantastic job with everything from start to finish. And finance was smooth and fast.

Oil change was quick & efficient. Provided us with someone to talk to about the warranty we purchased. Understand it better now. Dealing with these associates is always great.

Service was great and body shop were excellent.

After eight days replacing parts that fixed the tire sensor problem. They didn’t give up still it was fixed.

The service department took care of my emergency when I was travelling. The service managers were extremely competent and helpful. They diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and completed the necessary repairs faster than they estimated. I was impressed with the comprehensive report they provided explaining the problem and the necessary repairs.

The dealership is very clean and organized. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I like the fact that they keep you informed throughout the service. Will definitely go back.

Checked out my concerns and found loose bolts, which they tightened and eliminated the rear end clunk. Another mechanic had said I would need a rear differential rebuild. The dealer changed differential fluid at my request and performed a very complete inspection. Thank you for doing it right and honest.

Chris my service advisor was great. . I came in for an oil/filter change and rotate tires. After my Truck was completed. Chris ask me to check to see if my wheel lock key was return. The mechanic forgot to give it back. But Chris took care of it. Excellent as always

Maintaining my truck at Twin City GMC is a snap. Show up at the appointed time, spend some time in the lounge, and then the serviced manager comes and explains what was serviced and gives me an overview of the condition of the vehicle. Same dependable done right the first time service as I have come to expect. Life is good.

The sensor in my GMC Canyon was replaced quickly and the rear bumper step pad was reset after I displaced it by backing into my garage door frame. Everyone at the dealership I dealt with was nice.

We had the BEST experience we’ve ever had buying a new car this past weekend at your dealership. We traded in our 6th Tahoe for a Yukon. In the past we haven’t always felt comfortable with sales people at other dealerships. Saturday we had the pleasure of working with Jennie Bacon. She was professional and fun and didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want. She worked very hard to get us to an agreeable purchase amount and did everything in her will power to get our business and make us happy with the purchase. I have already name dropped to a few family and friends to look her up if they need a vehicle. Everyone we came in contact with was just awesome there!!

Jennie Bacon is Fabulous! She doesn’t pressure you to buy, and is very knowledgeable of the cars. She communicates in a timely fashion. She is definitely a people person!!!

Salesman(Bobby Dyer) was very patient and friendly. He addressed every questions we had and assisted in getting the cars electronics setup. All members we dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

First time for service here on our Buick Enclave. All service advisors were attentive, friendly and helpful. The service checking area and shops as far as we could see appeared very Olga iced and clean. There was no waiting at anytime kind during the check-in/dropoff and pickup processes.

It was very easy to get the appointment. They were ready for me when I arrived and went over everything that that needed to be completed. There was a problem that was found that was not expected. Both Chris and the service tech came to explain the issue and had photos to show me what was going on. A new part is no longer available so the went above and beyond to fix the problem.

Twin City Buick GMC service is excellent! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and treats you like family. My Service Advisor Chris greeted me when I arrived, kept me informed of the service progression, and with the help of the service technician team, had me back on the road within an hour!

I had the oil changed, tires rotated and a 27 point inspection. The online appt scheduler is very easy and the gentlemen at the front desk were helpful and knowledgeable. The service time was acceptable and they gave me a military discount. I've been coming to this service center for years and have no intentions to stop.

Our salesman Scott was very professional and let us look at multiple vehicles. He made sure we aware of the sales process. When my mother-in-law picked up her new Terrain, Scott spent ample time with her ensuring she understood how to operate her new SUV.

The tech did not rotate my tires as expected, but they immediately rotated them once I brought it to thier attention.

My service experience was quite straightforward, involving an oil change and tire rotation. The service was completed promptly, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant. Margo, in particular, was outstanding.
