Twin City Buick GMC is the best dealership in the world. I bought a 2025 Envision Avenir on Saturday with the smoothest transaction ever made. When we went to set up the vehicle we discovered that one of the features did not work. Without hesitation, The GM told me that they will just put me in another one. In the next few minutes I was on my way home with the new Envision. I don't think any other dealership would've done that, but Twin City Buick made it happen. Extremely expensive but hopefully a long term fix! Transmissions are not cheap. Great communication and responsive to questions. Quote for another fix was 3 times more than I can have a smaller shop repair.

The time it took to change battery was exceptional, but the labor charge was a little high. As an ex GM powertrain employee I know how long and and how hard it is to change batteries. Due to my medical condition I am unable to do it myself. But I wasn't at your dealership for as long as you charged me. I had no choice.

Prompt service, went over the inspections so I know what status of the vehicle is Easy in and out.

Based on experience with purchases at Lexus and Honda and other dealerships, the experience was “less than” regarding time and efficiency in getting deal done. The people were very nice but the process could have been streamlined and handled differently. Sitting in the middle of the showroom while buying a $100K vehicle was somewhat uncomfortable. Having to walk over to the used car center to do financing paperwork was odd as well.

Chris at the service desk was nothing but nice! They had found an issue the last oil change & double checked it again on this oil change. We drive an hour+ to come to this dealership. Everyone here from Chris to the young lady (sorry forgot her name) that helped us pay we're so nice.

I have always had a very positive experience at Twin City. The service department does an exceptional job. Recently Robert provided exceptional customer service during my maintenance visit. He was friendly, professional and very informative. I will only trust Twin City with the care of my GMC.

The lack of communication is ridiculous. Only speaking with the dealership 2-3 times and Robert giving out dead end phone numbers on who to contact to help us. 3 months the truck was with the dealership and they didn’t have the courtesy to give a rental or even wash the truck. Lots of money wasted. We know GMC doesn’t care it has been shown with there service. Had to buy a Ford to keep our company afloat. That’s who we will do business with from now on.

Every person I encountered was so nice. Chris was exceptional! They estimated service time at 2.2 hours and had me out in half the time!

The Twin City service department is in my opinion the best of the best. Chris and David always take care of me and are the reason I keep coming back. Bryan is a great service manager and has probably the best team I’ve ever dealt with.

The service department was able to get me in and diagnose the problem. I am thankful that I didn't have to wait an extra week to get the repair done, since the alternator had to be replaced.

Everyone is very pleasant and friendly. One item that should be better displayed is that there is now a fee assessed on credit card purchases. I didn't know about this until it had already been processed, otherwise I would have used a different form of payment

The service advisor kept me informed of as they diagnosed the problem, determined what parts needed to be replaced, and provided an estimated final cost. The service appears to have corrected the problem with my AC, but I was disappointed that for $4k the service tech(s) didn't bother to clean the greasy hand prints off the hood and fenders.

First time visiting the dealership. Joseph Haiden was the sales representative and did a great job.

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. There was not room to pull inside. I expected things to move fairly soon, so waited outside until it became clear that space would not be available soon. The technician wasn't friendly, but arranged for the work to be done on my vehicle. I went to the waiting room. I never heard from anyone while I waited. After more time than I thought it should take, I went back to the service area. My vehicle was outside, and appeared to be ready to go. I didn't see the technician who signed me in. The other technician said that he had gone to lunch, but had left my tag on the desk for someone else to handle. I was never contacted in the waiting room about how the work was progressing or if additional services were recommended. The (other) technician who completed my paperwork gave me a discount on the price of the oil change for the additional waiting time. My vehicle took twice as much DEF on this visit as it had previously, which seems odd. It's convenient to have DEF filled at the same time, but I will do it myself in the future. Overall, it was not a good experience.

After having vehicle recall completed . Mechanic brought it out and parked it . When I went to drive away . It had black grease marks inside the drivers door arm rest - front hood - drivers door handle n door running boards . Not what I expected from twin city GMC. I always had great service

I went there because I had a computer alert for my brakes and the service was amazing They checked out my car and found it was low on brake fluid. I asked them to flush the brakes. They checked everything else and all was fine. I’m a senior citizen and they could have added more expensive parts and I wouldn’t have known but they didn’t. They are awesome

My salesman Scott and the sales manager Hank were both great. They treated me well and worked with me with no pressure to see that I was happy with my purchase. I have bought several vehicles from Twin City and they are second to none.

Robert and the service dept are the best around. I lived in 7 states and had 4-5 GM vehicles and this location has surpassed all others in regards to service, transparency, and overall satisfaction. Kudos to Robert and everyone at this location.

Long wait to work with finance department. HUD didn’t work when we drove off the lot and the salesman knew about it. The salesperson was very immature and used some unprofessional language in his text back and forth. I had to talk tell i was blue in the face to come to a resolution for the hud repair.

Your technician did not check the air pressure in my tires. I told Robert( service rep) the tires were low and he said he would make a note to have them checked but that never happened. Other than that everything else was good.

Went in for a truck recall.

The service department is fantastic. My car was towed in Kate in Saturday. The first thing Monday morning they reached out to let me know they were already working on the car and would keep me posted. They kept me apprised every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Soon after I took delivery of my 2025 Sierra Denali the radio quit working. Thinking it was something I had done I went to the dealer and discussed the matter with the salesman who sold me the truck. He tried to rectify the situation but could not. I then went to the service department and talked with Robert, who is the service manager I normally deal with. The earliest service appointment available was almost two weeks away. I explained to Robert I was leaving on a trip in a few days and would like to have the radio working. Robert was able to fit me in two days latter and after a service technician and GM trouble shot the system it turned out to be a long standing problem GM has been unable to solve. The radio still comes and goes but I feel the dealer deserves a great deal of credit for squeezing me in and really trying to resolve the issue. This is the prime reason I continue to do business with Twin City Buick. They have consistently made me feel appreciated and have always gone the extra mile to take care of me.

We experienced great customer service with David Wright. He was helpful concerning our engine light issue which was intermittent. We appreciated that the truck was looked over for any other concerns. We will definitely continue to have your dealership take care of our truck service even though we are an hour away.
