The service advisor kept me informed of as they diagnosed the problem, determined what parts needed to be replaced, and provided an estimated final cost. The service appears to have corrected the problem with my AC, but I was disappointed that for $4k the service tech(s) didn't bother to clean the greasy hand prints off the hood and fenders.

Long wait to work with finance department. HUD didn’t work when we drove off the lot and the salesman knew about it. The salesperson was very immature and used some unprofessional language in his text back and forth. I had to talk tell i was blue in the face to come to a resolution for the hud repair.

Your technician did not check the air pressure in my tires. I told Robert( service rep) the tires were low and he said he would make a note to have them checked but that never happened. Other than that everything else was good.

My service representative, David was extremely courteous, personal and professional. The service included an oil change, tire rotation and DEF system check. After the service was completed, David made it a point to find me in the customer service area, bring me the keys to my vehicle and advised me what they had found and repaired/serviced. After having vehicle recall completed . Mechanic brought it out and parked it . When I went to drive away . It had black grease marks inside the drivers door arm rest - front hood - drivers door handle n door running boards . Not what I expected from twin city GMC. I always had great service

Friendly and courteous service rep

Soon after I took delivery of my 2025 Sierra Denali the radio quit working. Thinking it was something I had done I went to the dealer and discussed the matter with the salesman who sold me the truck. He tried to rectify the situation but could not. I then went to the service department and talked with Robert, who is the service manager I normally deal with. The earliest service appointment available was almost two weeks away. I explained to Robert I was leaving on a trip in a few days and would like to have the radio working. Robert was able to fit me in two days latter and after a service technician and GM trouble shot the system it turned out to be a long standing problem GM has been unable to solve. The radio still comes and goes but I feel the dealer deserves a great deal of credit for squeezing me in and really trying to resolve the issue. This is the prime reason I continue to do business with Twin City Buick. They have consistently made me feel appreciated and have always gone the extra mile to take care of me.

Love everything about my visit

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. There was not room to pull inside. I expected things to move fairly soon, so waited outside until it became clear that space would not be available soon. The technician wasn't friendly, but arranged for the work to be done on my vehicle. I went to the waiting room. I never heard from anyone while I waited. After more time than I thought it should take, I went back to the service area. My vehicle was outside, and appeared to be ready to go. I didn't see the technician who signed me in. The other technician said that he had gone to lunch, but had left my tag on the desk for someone else to handle. I was never contacted in the waiting room about how the work was progressing or if additional services were recommended. The (other) technician who completed my paperwork gave me a discount on the price of the oil change for the additional waiting time. My vehicle took twice as much DEF on this visit as it had previously, which seems odd. It's convenient to have DEF filled at the same time, but I will do it myself in the future. Overall, it was not a good experience.

We experienced great customer service with David Wright. He was helpful concerning our engine light issue which was intermittent. We appreciated that the truck was looked over for any other concerns. We will definitely continue to have your dealership take care of our truck service even though we are an hour away.

They are very honest, when I bring my car in thinking something needs to be fixed or changed, they look into it and let me know if it indeed needs to be fixed or it still has time. It saves me money and gives me time to save up for the next time. Love their honesty and not trying to make some extra money. This is why I will keep coming back.

The service department is fantastic. My car was towed in Kate in Saturday. The first thing Monday morning they reached out to let me know they were already working on the car and would keep me posted. They kept me apprised every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I went there because I had a computer alert for my brakes and the service was amazing They checked out my car and found it was low on brake fluid. I asked them to flush the brakes. They checked everything else and all was fine. I’m a senior citizen and they could have added more expensive parts and I wouldn’t have known but they didn’t. They are awesome

I decided to give Twin City Buick a trial run to see if they could become my new go-to, and so far, I like it. The reps were nice, the service was fast, and the waiting room was comfortable. I’m not 100% sold yet, but I'll be going back.

Comfortable waiting

Time was the issue. A routine oil change/tire rotation took over 2 hours. Waited over 15 minutes to just get checked in then over an hour for the work. I had an appointment and arrived on time. I understand that this service may not be a priority given the profit on it, but if you are going to offer it, the do it right. The cost is about the same or maybe a little higher than the instant oil change places, there is no reason drive the extra distance and take all the extra time to come there for this type of service.

Got work done really quickly but didn’t know how expensive labor rate was. Really liked the service and they found the problems that west Chevrolet couldn’t but sadly I can’t afford to go back. $211 an hour is about twice what everyone else in town charges.

Awesome and timely experience.

Solid one-star for the service I received. I paid the premium dealership price for taking my car here and got gas station quality service. $800 in labor and the tech cracked my plenum cover and said nothing about it. Not to mention, when they called to quote me a price, he left a voicemail and then went to lunch. I called back no more than five minutes later and ended up having to call a different line to get someone on the phone to approve the work. Overall, just not the kind of service I expect when I'm being charged $150/hr in labor from a 'Certified' Dealership.

Bo and Robert were a great help to me, to work with GM on a partial assistance payment for my headrest issue. Communication was prompt and courteous. I had several messages come up on my 2024 Acadia. I limped the car into Twin City . They got me a loaner car, got the parts in from GMC and had everything fixed within a few days. Robert in the service dept. kept me informed the whole time.

The sensor in my GMC Canyon was replaced quickly and the rear bumper step pad was reset after I displaced it by backing into my garage door frame. Everyone at the dealership I dealt with was nice.

Checked on my brakes and wheel bearings as I was concerned about squealing noise. They cleaned the brake pads to take care of the noise.

Everything was good and no long waits

Scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Got Mass Air Flow problems the next day. Think the air duct was not fully seated after air filter inspection. MAF recovered after seating. Also found oil dip stick not seated at all. Not happy with this. Will call.

Got an appointment for my truck servicing in a timely manner. Service manager Chris was very good and thorough. Got me in and out in a reasonable time frame. These guys run a great service department. I have been using them for several years with multiple vehicles and they are consistently good!

Came in for a check engine light, they fixed it, next day, now I have a check engine light on, with me paying $250 deductible, huh

The service department took care of my emergency when I was travelling. The service managers were extremely competent and helpful. They diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and completed the necessary repairs faster than they estimated. I was impressed with the comprehensive report they provided explaining the problem and the necessary repairs.

The Service Representatives were professional, friendly, and helpful. Chris was very engaged and kept me informed throughout visit. Eventhough the dealership was not dealing with my tires, I mentioned something about it might be time for new ones and he checked tread and said not yet. I was given a Senior Discount without asking. Service was timely. In and out for oil change...efficient. Addressed need for new air filter. Overall great experience. Nice waiting area.

Same story every time i enter the service bay. I receive a warm welcome and a brief overview on what services will be provided with an estimated time of completion. On or about the time I was told my car would be finish I am notified that my car is ready, I am directed to the cashier and greeted with a friendly smile and I complete my payment. I get in my car and check if the air pressure of the tires have been equalized and that the oil percentage has been reset to 100%. It has been another pleasant visit to Twin City Buick.

We had the BEST experience we’ve ever had buying a new car this past weekend at your dealership. We traded in our 6th Tahoe for a Yukon. In the past we haven’t always felt comfortable with sales people at other dealerships. Saturday we had the pleasure of working with Jennie Bacon. She was professional and fun and didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want. She worked very hard to get us to an agreeable purchase amount and did everything in her will power to get our business and make us happy with the purchase. I have already name dropped to a few family and friends to look her up if they need a vehicle. Everyone we came in contact with was just awesome there!!

I was in and out quickly. The service department guys are always so friendly and that's why I have been a customer for 13 years.

Anytime I asked for an update they replied with a very detailed description of everything they were doing.

It was very easy to get the appointment. They were ready for me when I arrived and went over everything that that needed to be completed. There was a problem that was found that was not expected. Both Chris and the service tech came to explain the issue and had photos to show me what was going on. A new part is no longer available so the went above and beyond to fix the problem.
